Let Your Light Grow! Agricultural Program
We plan to build a functional farm including a large barn, greenhouses, fenced areas, and more as needed, on an agricultural property in Western Washington State. We want to operate an active animal care-taking facility and full-scale gardening program through the KaLIGHToscope Art Camp.
As part of the Let Your Light Grow program, we will also have a book section for animal and gardening related stories and activities through our Leaves on the Wind book distribution project. This will include books written by KaLIGHToscope Art Camp students who are in the agricultural program and have also written a book about farming or gardening through the art camp. This gives students, children and adults, a beautiful understanding of the synergy between creation and imagination.
